The Working Group aims to:

  • Be properly and adequately represented at BSI B540 with correct reporting back to TIMSA members.
  • Create a list of key contacts of regulators or originators of consultations eg Building Regulations, DECC, Carbon Trust etc and contact each of these to advise the re-launch of TIMSA and its new objectives and ensure TIMSA was on their circulation list for future consultations.
  • Seek to raise awareness and enforcement of the CPR  by the use of Gateway Documents Explaining CPR to Contractors, Architects and Engineers.  A simple presentation could be prepared.
  • Agree a Protocol for Co-ordinating Consultation Responses.
